Carrick in Dubai

Our member, George Way of Plean, Carrick Pursuivant, presented the newly-registered tartan of the Royal House of Braganza Portugal to Don Alfonso Prince of Beira at a Royal Conference in Dubai. It was reported in the Dubai press.
