The arrangements for the 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Society are laid out in the flyer which accompanies the latest mailing of Tak Tent.
The meeting will be held via Zoom and it is hoped that as many members as possible will sign in and we will have a record attendance!
You can either join by Zoom or by phoning in but either way we need you to indicate your intention to participate by letting the Interim Honorary Secretary, Stanley Bird know, ideally by email.
