Our Committee Member, Philip Tibbetts, is Honorary Vexillologist to the Lyon Court and an indefatigable promoter of community flags. Last week he sailed to the Hebrides to organize some more Community Flag competitions - these are hugely effective means of creating a sense of local pride and distinctive local traditions.
