We enjoyed our first Zoom lecture this afternoon, Dr Duncan Sutherland on "The Arms of the Woman: the Heraldry of Women Parliamentarians since 1958."
This was a very interesting talk, of which we can read more in "Tak Tent": the lecture was introduced, and indeed peerlessly organized, by our Chairman, Edward Mallinson.
One of the Armigerous Parliamentarians Duncan discussed was Baroness Linklater of Butterstone, who recorded arms at the Lyon Office in 1999.
