I attended a very good talk by Lyon Clerk, Russell Hunter, yesterday on Scottish Ecclesiastical Heraldry, as part of the second year of the Festival of the Sacred Arts run in conjunction with the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
Held in the lovely St Vincent's Chapel in Stockbridge which is bedecked with the (mostly) Order of St Lazarus heraldic achievements, the talk was followed by a lively question and answer session.
