Last night HSS Committee member, Philips Tibbetts, Honorary Vexillologist and March Pursuivant Extraordinary, gave the fifth talk in the Lyon Court's series celebrating the 350th anniversary of the creation of the Public Register. His wide-ranging talk was a fascinating insight into the whole business of flags and their ability to unite communities.
